Civilian Casualties Mount in Taiz Amidst Escalating Conflict

A 12-year-old girl, Sally Mohammed Abdullah, was seriously injured by a Houthi sniper's bullet in eastern Taiz, Yemen, on Wednesday. The incident occurred east of Taiz city, where Sally was shot while near her home. She sustained serious injuries and was subsequently transferred to a hospital for treatment.
Yemen participates in meeting for AFESD's board governors in Kuwait

Water Minister, World Bank team inspect several internationally- funded projects in Aden

Minister of Water and Environment Engineer Tawfiq al-Sharjabi, along with a team from the World Bank headed by the Regional Director for Agriculture, Water and Environment sectors in the Middle East and North Africa region Mekarim Berhani, conducted Monday a field visit to several water and sewage projects in Aden Governorate, funded by the World Bank through the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS).
