Governor of Socotra discusses WHO's interventions

Governor of Socotra Ra'afat al-Thiqali discussed Tuesday with Representative of World Health Organization efforts of the organization and its health and medical interventions in the province.

Governor al-Thiqali reviewed situations of health sector and its needs of interventions to improve health services provided to citizens, pointing out to significance of adopting health developmental projects contributing in improving this service sector and its different health programs.

On the other hand, Governor of Socotra al-Thiqali discussed Tuesday with a committee from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and Technical Education and Vocational Training situations of Socotra Archipelago Artistical Institute.

The governor confirmed significance of technical and vocational projects in the province, pointing out to necessity of improving this sector for its importance in the Archipelago.
