Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Dr. Wa'id Batheeb held discussions today in the temporary capital Aden with the Representative of the World Food Program (WFP) in Yemen Lauran Buckira.

Dr. Batheeb sought for the WFP's interventions to relief the Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) in Marib governorate where Houhi militia's ongoing aggressive military operations have furthered worsening the IDPs suffering.

He detailed the WFP's official on the IDPs suffering as a result of Houthis' military operations and violations, underlining the need for urgently interventions to help them.
