Prime Minister Salem Saleh bin Braik arrived Wednesday in the Emirati capital Abu Dhabi on an official visit in response to an invitation from the leadership of the sisterly United Arab Emirates.

Workshop on humanitarian international law held in Aden

A workshop on the International Humanitarian Law was held here on Wednesday.
The workshop was organized by the Ministry of Planning and International Cooperation in coordination with Geneva Call organization.
In the opening ceremony of the workshop, Deputy Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Dr. Nizar ba-Suhaib confirmed significance of the workshop which aims at eradicating armed conflicts and controlling military behavior for protecting civilians who have links with conflicts.
He stressed on making use of the workshop by participants.
For his part, the Head of Geneva Call Mansour Ahmad reviewed ideas and points and aims of the workshop assigned for introducing deep conceptions associated with the International Humanitarian Law.
Representatives from the Council of Ministers and local authorities in Aden participated in the workshop.
