ADEN-SABA
The Chairman of the Supreme Commission for Relief Aid has called upon UN organizations to offer more aid for the victims of the Houthi militia's battles in Sana'a, Hajja, Amran, Mahweet and the other provinces.
In a statement to Saba, he called on the Humanitarian Coordinator Jamie McGoldrickto be close to the afflicted areas in these provinces and to send field teams wherever there are clashes to help the victims of the war.
He said that the citizens are in need more than ever before for humanitarian assistance.
He called on the international community to pressure the rebel militia into allowing aid delivery and to stop interfering in the work of humanitarian organizations, which they practice in violation of the international conventions.
