The Governor of Taiz governorate Nabil Shamsan met today, Monday, with the Regional Director of the Center for Civilians in Conflict (CIVIC) Dina al-Mamoun.

They discussed aspects of partnership and joint coordination to support efforts aimed to protect civilians in the governorate.

Shamsan highly appreciated the efforts of international partners and organizations to protect the civilians, greatly valued rthe role of the 'Civic' Center in implementing training programs, particularly training the trainers, which contributes to raising awareness and developing mechanisms to protect citizens.
