Aden University signed Sunday a Memorandum of Understanding with the Arab Planning Institute in the sisterly State of Kuwait.
Signing the memorandum took place during the visit of the university delegation to the institute.
The memorandum was signed by the President of Aden University Dr. Khader Nasser Laswar and the Deputy Director of the institute Dr. Walid Abd Mawlah in the presence of Yemen's Ambassador to Kuwait Dr. Ali Mansour bin Sifaa.
The terms of the memorandum include the exchange of expertise in the fields of scientific research, professional and technical training and qualification, project financing, economic and technical consulting, and supporting the national project to promote a culture of entrepreneurship and self-employment in Yemen.
