Minister of Public Health and Population Dr. Qasim Buhaybeh discussed with the World Health Organization representative for Yemen Dr. Arturo Pesigan a number of issues related to health affairs.

They addressed joint cooperation between the Ministry and the WHO in various health fields, enhancing joint coordination between them, assessing risks and preparing the national plan for coordination.

Minister Buhaybeh gave the WHO official an account on a number of difficulties facing the implementation of interventions, calling for cooperation to resolve them and strengthen areas of coordination in future interventions.
