Turkey's exports to neighboring countries exceed $28 billion in 2025

Turkey's revenues from exports to neighboring countries made $28.352 billion in 2025, marking an increase of 4.6% compared to 2024, when they amounted to $27.092 billion.

According to data from the Turkish Ministry of Trade, Iraq topped the list of neighboring countries importing the most from Turkey with a value of $10.3 billion, followed by Bulgaria with $4.7 billion, then Greece with $3.5 billion, and Syria with $2.6 billion.

In 2025, exports to Syria recorded the highest annual growth rate at about 70 percent, followed by Bulgaria at 6.8 percent and then Greece at 4.5 percent.

In terms of sectors, chemicals and their products ranked first among the Turkish products most exported to neighboring countries during 2025.
