His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, sent today, Monday, a cable of congratulation to His Excellency President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation on his friendly country National Day.

President al-Alimi expressed his own and on behalf of the members of the Presidential Council heartfelt congratulations to President Putin, wishing him wellbeing and happiness, more prosperity.

The Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council hailed Yemeni-Russian relations as historic and robust, voicing his appreciation for the Russian supportive stances in support of the Yemeni people.
