President al-Alimi arrives Brussels seeking support for realizing peace

BRUSSELS - SABA
Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, along with Member of the Presidential Leadership Council Faraj al-Bahsani, arrived Tuesday here in a state visit during which President al-Alimi holds talks with officials in Belgium Kingdom and the European Union.

The program of the presidential visit includes summit negotiations with King of Belgium Philippe Léopold on mutual relations and horizons of enhancing them in different domains, in addition to consultations and coordination on a number of national, regional and international files.

President al-Alimi will receive the Head of European Council Charl Michel and the Supreme Representative of the Union and a number of European officials for discussing latest developments in Yemen.

He will also discuss with them European pressure needed to force Houthi terrorist militia and its supporter Iran to interact positively with international efforts to end suffering of Yemeni people.
