Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council Rashad al-Alimi sent Thursday congratulation cable to Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia David Hurley on the National Day of Australia.

President al-Alimi expressed best wishes on his own behalf and on behalf of members of the Presidential Leadership Council to the Governor of Australia, hoping him continuous health and happiness and more progress and prosperity to people of Australia.

He also expressed appreciation to Australian firm position supporting Yemeni people and their political leadership and their aspirations of regaining the state institutions and ending Iran-backed Houthi terrorist militia's coup against the state.
