His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Council, sent today, Saturday, a congratulatory cable to His Excellency President Dr. Abdullatif Jamal Rasheed of the Republic of Iraq on his inauguration.

President al-Alimi expressed his own and on behalf of the Presidential Council's members good wishes to the new Iraqi President, wishing him all the best in his mission, further progress and prosperity for the Iraqi peoples, more development for bilateral relations between the two countries.
