Yemen Says Houthi Militia Poses Direct Threat to Regional Peace, Condemns Attacks on Gulf Infrastructure
Yemen has affirmed that the Iran-backed Houthi militia poses a direct threat to regional peace and security and to international navigation, saying the group is a tool used to undermine Yemen’s sovereignty and stability, disrupt basic services, and obstruct the delivery of humanitarian assistance to those in need.

Decree No. (27) of 2022 issued Saturday by President of the Presidential Leadership Council, the Supreme Commander of the Armed and Security Forces.
The first article of it appoints General Lieutenant Faez Mansour Saeed Qahtan a Commander for the Second Military Region and to be promoted to Major General.
The Second Article of the Decree makes it valid since the date of its issuance and must be published by the State Gazette.
