The new governor of Aden Ahmed Hamed Lamlas was sworn in before President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi today.
In a conversation with Lamlas, the President stressed the imperative of exerting great efforts to save the interim capital city from deteriorations, improve its services, and restore the civilian feature it had always been known for.
