RIYADH-SABA
President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi has hailed King Salman bin Abdulziz, his Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and the Saudi-led Arab Coalition for demanding the Southern Transitional Council rebels to withdraw from the temporary capital Aden which they seized on August 11.
Presiding over a meeting of top government officials in Riyadh on Monday, Hadi especially praised the Coalition's statement of 10 August which had called upon the separatist militia to vacate the military barracks and facilities in the city.
The meeting, attended by the Vice President, the Prime Minister, the Interior Minister and the Speaker of the Parliament, went over the armed rebellion as a danger to Yemen's unity and an undermining of the Arab Coalition's mission to check the expansion of the Iranian influence in the region.
