President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi swore in Ali Moqbel Saleh and Ahmed Abdullah al-Turki as two governors for the provinces of Dhale'a and Lahj respectively on Tuesday.
Hadi ordered the two governors to step up the efforts to re-normalize life in the two provinces and meet the urgent public demands first; water, health, education, roads and telecommunication services.
