Hadi and Jamel met in Riyadh on Monday and discussed a range of issues mainly the push to accomplish the liberation of the city of Taiz from Houthi terrorists who, for years, have been committing appalling atrocities against the city's population including by continual heavy bombardments, sniper shootings and laying a tight blockade to bar the entry of humanitarian supply into the city.

Hadi pointed that Taiz has borne the brunt of Houthi attacks and been a backbone in the Yemeni struggle for a federal state based on justice and equality.

Jamel affirmed that all political stakeholders in Taiz are unanimously supportive of the government and the transformation project set in the historical national dialogue of 2013-2014. Jamel affirmed that Yemen will certainly defeat the Houthi coup.
