President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi came back to Riyadh on Monday coming from the United States after participation in the Conference of the Parties COP 23 on Climate in Germany.
President Hadi delivered Yemen's speech in the conference, noting to current exceptional conditions and the repercussions of Houthi –Saleh's coup and its catastrophic effect on Yemen, noting to effects of climate changes and economic ruins left by Hurricane of Meg and Chaballa.
President met with diplomatic missions and students in Europe and inspecting their affairs.
