President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi flew Tuesday to the Federal Republic of Germany to participate in COP 23 UN Climate Summit.
Some 200 nations of the world meet to advance the aims and ambitions of the Paris Agreement and achieve progress on its implementation guidelines.
President Hadi signed on the Paris Agreement about clime change on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York in its 71st round.
The President said:" Despite of tough circumstances our country has been struggling with, we are always very keen on participating in such international gatherings which are concerned with humankind welfare and global peace".
