President Abdu R. Mansour Hadi has issued orders to the competent authorities to facilitate the courts' return back to work after a long closure due to the war.
In a meeting with the chief of the Supreme Court judge Hamoud al-Hitar, the president ordered the return of public prosecutions and courts of all specializations back to business. The meeting discussed the already going arrangements in this regard.
Al-Hitar briefed the president about the ongoing mobilization of courts' personnel and rehabilitation of war-affected buildings under the follow-up and support of the latter.
"Having the courts in function and judges on duty inspires the citizens with the prestige of state authority, especially as justice, peace and normal life are realized again" said the president.
