Yemen's president issued a number of resolutions today appointing new military officials and governors as follows; Ahmed Albasr S. Saeed a chief of the 4th Military Region staff; Maj. Gen. Naser A. Naser Roweis chief of operations at the armed forces; Faraj S. al-Bohsni governor of Hadharamout while retaining the Third Military Region commander; Ali bin-Rashid al-Harithi governor of Shabwah; Ahmed A. al-Soqatri governor of Soqatrah. The resolutions for every appointment stated that the appointment is effective from the date of the issuance of the resolutions, today.
