Riyadh (Saba)- President Abdo Rabbu Mansour Hadi on Sunday night sent a cable of congratulation to his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan on success of constitutional amendments referendum voted for on Sunday.
He further praised the fair and transparent democratic process and the cultural awareness of the Turkish people with regard to defining their future options and shaping the country's future.
