In his messages, sent in his name and on behalf of fellow Council members, President al-Alimi extended his sincere congratulations on the advent of the blessed month, wishing the leaders good health and happiness and their governments and peoples continued progress and prosperity.
He prayed that the occasion would return to the Arab and Islamic nations with goodness, peace, and blessings.
