Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council Dr. Rashad al-Alimi returned to the temporary capital Aden on Tuesday after consultations with regional and international partners on national and regional developments, and ways to support comprehensive reforms in the country.
In a statement to the Yemen News Agency (Saba), President al-Alimi extended congratulations to Yemeni citizens on the 62nd anniversary of the October 14 Revolution, calling it a symbol of national unity, shared destiny, and inspiration for building a just state with equal citizenship.
He emphasized that the national battle today is an extension of the great October Revolution, confronting the imamate and coup project, and urged all political forces to unite and start a new phase of constructive work, prioritizing institutional restoration and alleviating citizen suffering exacerbated by Houthi militia actions supported by Iran.
President Al-Alimi praised the government's and central bank's efforts in implementing comprehensive reforms and achieving monetary stability, stressing the importance of completing this path with unity and institutional coordination to serve citizens and enhance trust with donors.
