Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council Dr. Rashad al-Alimi sent Friday a message of condolence and sympathy to President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation, regarding the victims of the civil plane crash in the Amur region of Eastern Russia.
President al-Alimi, on behalf of himself, the council members, the government and the Yemeni people, expressed his deep sorrow and sincere condolences to President Putin, the families of the victims, and the friendly Russian people for this painful incident.
Praying Almighty God to protect the Russian Federation and its friendly people from any harm and misfortune.
