The President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) met today, Tuesday, at al-Ma'shiq Palace, with the Chairman of the Supreme Judiciary Council (SJC) Judge Mohsen Taleb along with a number of the SJC's members, the Justice Minister Judge Badr al-Aridha and the General Attorney Judge Qaher Mustafa.
The President restated that the judiciary institution will remain on top of the state's authorities that must be given due attention and support despite the difficult circumstances the country has been going through.
The President also reiterated the commitment of the PLC and the government to maintain the independence of the judiciary, never intervene in its actions.
The Chairman of the PLC President al-Alimi demonstrated understanding of the difficult conditions of the staffs of the judicial authority, praising the significant achievements they have managed to make during the recent period, saying" We're proud of your progress over the recent time".
The President promised to work with the government to secure the necessary requirements to improve the judicial system and to deliver justice to the fellow citizens.
