The Republican Decree No. (20) of 2025 issued Tuesday.
The first article of the decree stipulates of extending the work of the National Committee to Investigate Alleged Violations of Human Rights for a period of three years starting from 23/08/2025, with the possibility of extending the duration as needed by a new decree.
The second article states that the decree shall take effect from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the official gazette.
