A decree No (161) of 2025 issued today, Thursday, by the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council about appointing Vice Ministers in a number of the Ministries.

First article stated that :1
1- Dr. Sa'd Mohamed Sa'ad Mohammed is appointed Vice Justice Minister.
2- Mohammed Sarea Bassarda Vice Minister of Legal Affairs and Human Rights.
3- Mujahed Abu Shwarib Aessa bin Afrar, Vice Minister of Water and Environment.
4- Anwar Ali Yahya Hussein al-Amri Vice Minister of Endowments and Guidance.
5- Maeen Mahmood Saleh Ahmed Vice Minister of Local Administration.
Second article stated that the decree must be put into its effects from the date of its issuance and published in the gazette.
