RIYADH – SABA
Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, , received on Monday the UAE Ambassador to Yemen Muhammad Hamad Al-Zaabi.

Talks went over the bilateral ties between the two countries and the brotherly peoples, and the promising prospects for enhancing the relations in different fields.

President al-Alimi briefed the Emirati diplomat on the national developments, especially the economic and humanitarian conditions worsened by Houthi terror attacks on oil facilities and international navigation routes.

Al-Alimi hailed the distinct bilateral relations between the two countries and brotherly peoples, and the effective role of the UAE within the coalition to support legitimacy, in addition to its economic, humanitarian and development interventions in the country.
