His Excellency Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) sent a cable of congratulations to His Excellency President Hakainde Hichilema of the Republic of Zambia on his friendly country Independence Anniversary.

President al-Alimi expressed his own and on behalf of the members of the PLC and the government sincere congratulations to President Hichilema, wishing him good health and happiness, more progress and prosperity for the government and people of the Republic of Zambia.

Al-Aimi stated that he is looking forward to further upgrade Yemeni-Zambian bilateral relations between the two friendly countries to serve the mutual interests of
