Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council Dr. Rashad al-Alimi sent Sunday a cable of congratulation to President Emomali Rahmon of Tajikistan Republic on the occasion of the National Ceremony of his friendly country.
President al-Alimi expressed best wishes to President Rahmon, hoping him continuous health and happiness and to the government and people of Tajikistan more progress and prosperity.
He also expressed hope that the mutual relations between the two friendly countries will witness more improvement.
