Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council Dr. Rashad Mohammed al-Alimi sent Saturday a congratulation cable to L.T General Mohamed Idriss Deby on winning the Chadian Presidential Elections.

President al-Alimi expressed best wishes on his behalf and on behalf of members of the Presidential Leadership Council and the government to L.T General Mohamed Idriss, hoping him success in his presidential duties.

He also hoped progress and prosperity to the Chadian people and improvement of the mutual relations between the two friendly countries.
