Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council Dr. Rashad al-Alimi has extended a condolence message to his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin on the fall of victims in the terrorist attack that hit the “Crocus” concert hall on the outskirts of Moscow, which resulted in more than 100 dead and wounded.

Al-Alimi expressed heartfelt sympathy with Putin, the families of the victims and the friendly Russian people on the painful affliction.

He strongly condemned the cowardly terror attack, voiced his solidarity and full support for the Russian nation, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
