Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council Dr. Rashad al-Alimi received Saturday at his residential place here the Foreign Minister of the State of Kuwait Abdullah Al Yahya, who conveyed to him best wishes of Emir of Kuwait Mashaal Al Sabbah.

President al-Alimi praised mutual relations between the two brotherly countries and the Kuwaiti honorable positions towards Yemeni people and their political leadership in different conditions and stages.

He also praised efforts of Kuwaiti funding and charitable agencies for rehabilitating service infrastructures and alleviating suffering of the Yemeni people over Houthi terrorist militia's triggered war.
