Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council Dr. Rashad al-Alimi left Thursday Aden heading to Saudi Arabia for participation in the Arab Emergency Summit to be held Saturday in Riyadh.

President al-Alimi will deliver a speech in which he will express Yemen's firm position supporting the Palestinian people and their legal right in defending themselves and establishing their full independent state.

President al-Alimi will make, on the sidelines of the summit, discussions with his brothers, the leaders of the participating states on latest developments in the Yemeni crisis and joint coordination to avoid repercussions of Israeli occupation's escalation on the region and on international security and peace.
