Republican decree no (10) of 2023 issued today, Wednesday, about amending the republican decree no (276) of 2000 about issuing the Internal Bylaw of the Law no (23) of 1997 about the regulation of the foreign proxies and branches of the companies.

First article of this decree states that article (32) of the republican decree no (276) of 2000 about issuing the internal bylaw of the Law no (23) of 1997 about the regulation of the foreign proxies and branches of the companies shall be amended to make its text as follow:

Article (32) the fees which stated in the internal bylaw shall be set out in accordance with the following table:
First : Foreign Companies' proxies
Fees to study the application 15,000 Yemeni Rial (YR).
Fees for license or renewing it 30,000 YR.
Fees to amend the information 10,000 YR.
Fees to get information or certificate 10,000 YR.
Fees to delete or remove 10,000.
Second: Branches of the foreign companies.
Fees to study the application 40,000 Yemeni.
Fees for license or renewing it 60,000 YR.
Fees to amend the information 20,000 YR.
Fees to get information or certificate 20,000 YR.
Fees to delete or remove 10,000.

Article (2): The republican decree no (155) of 2009 shall be annulled and replaced by this decree.
Article (3) This amendment shall be part and parcel of the provisions of the republican decree no (276) of 2ooo and shall be read with it.

Article (4) This decree shall take its effects from the date of issuing it and published in the official gazette.
