President Dr. Rashad Muhammad Al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, inaugurated today, Saturday, in the city of Al-Ghaydah, 10 development and service projects in the fields of roads and public works, electricity and energy, water, youth and sports, with a value of 39 billion and 341 million riyals, at the expense of the local authority in Al-Mahra Governorate. and contributions from the government.
He laid the foundation stone for 9 development and service projects in the water, roads and public works sectors, at a value of 54 billion and five million riyals.
The projects inaugurated by the President include the expansion and rehabilitation of the southern entrance to the city of Al-Ghaydah, the project of lighting the streets of the city of Al-Ghaydah, the entrances to the districts and the four tunnels in Fartak Mountains on the path of the international coastal road.
The projects also included the rehabilitation of the Sarfeet-Hof road at a length of 10 km, and the rehabilitation of the internal water network in the Sayhut district.
