Taiz Police Department has confirmed that the security campaign continues procedures of investigating suspected people of assassinating Coordinator of World Food Program and has seized explosives ordnances and exploding devices and restored looted possessions to a number of citizens.

The security campaign is continuing and investigation with arrested people suspected of assassinating the Program's Coordinator Muayad Hamidi are ongoing, according to a press release issued by Taiz Police on Friday.

The released added those who were proved innocent were released and that the campaign resulted in seizure of weapons, explosive ordnances, bombs, shells and communication sets were with the suspected while storming their whereabouts.

The campaign worked on continuing observation and investigation in cracking down on the security wanted and found with them 17 kg. of TNT 3 kg gunpowder, copper wires, batteries, mobiles and looted possessions of two cars and a gun to a citizen, the release went on.
The release confirmed that the security apparatus has worked on taking necessary measures to provide security, stability and ending security problems to provide safe environment to activities of the international organization.
