The Yemeni Airways Company launched today, Thursday, the operation of its first air flights (Aden-Arryan-al-Ghaidha).
Minister of Transport Dr. Abdussalam Humaid described the operation of the internal flights as first phase from the airport of al-Ghaidha in the governorate of Alhmaharah as a significant progress will contribute to ease the peoples' travel, promote trade and tourism.
The Minister added that in the near future external flights will be operated from the airport of Arryan in al-Mukalla, Hadramout and al-Ghaidah in Almaharah and Socotra.
