Today the International Organization for Migration (IOM) launched a project to distribute 320 shelter tents for the displaced in the camps of Raghwan and Medghal districts in Marib Governorate, with funding from the King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center.
During the inauguration, the Director of the Executive Unit for the Management of Displaced Persons Camps in Marib, Saif Muthanna, stressed the importance of this project to meet some of the basic needs of the displaced, especially in the field of shelter targeting the displaced and meeting part of their basic needs.
Saif Muthanna called on all local and international relief and humanitarian organizations, institutions and bodies to support emergency shelter and shelter projects for the displaced in Ma'rib Governorate, thus contributing to alleviating their suffering, which is compounded by the desert weather in the governorate.
