Meftah praises Muslims Hands' interventions in Marib

Deputy Governor Dr. Abd-Rabbu Meftah discussed today, Saturday, with the British Muslims Hands' visiting delegation the humanitarian suffering the IDPs and hosting community are experiencing currently and the organization's projects and interventions in the governorate.

The delegation headed by the Regional Director of Muslim Hands Sayed Mohammed Kadhim and the communication officials in the organization's Office in France Abduraheem Bahid and Louisa Amikra.

Dr. Meftah highly praised the significant humanitarian efforts and interventions of the Muslims Hand in Marib governorate which contributed to alleviate the humanitarian suffering of the IDPs.

He also highlighted the need for more interventions to help the local authority cope with the increasingly growing needs of the IDPs in the governorate which has continued to receive more of them who fled the atrocities of the Houthi militias.

Khadim said that the delegation's visit aimed to oversee the organization's Sacrifice project during Eid al-Adha and to get-first hands information about the IDPs situations and pressing needs in the governorate.
