Family killed and wounded as they drove over Houthi landmine in north Yemen

Two children were killed and their bother and parents were wounded as the family's car hit a Houthi-laid landmine when driving in Alawf governorate in north Yemen early today.
Local sources have said that the children Maznah Abduh and Ghanem Abduh were killed while their brother and parents sustained injuries as they drove over a landmine in Almasloob district in Aljawf this morning.
Houthis have planted more than one million landmines in public roads and booby-traps in private properties in different parts of Yemen and are responsible for thousands of civilian casualties.
