Minister of Social Affairs and Labor Dr. Mohammad al-Zaori discussed Thursday with the USAID's team headed by the Regional Director of the Agency Kimberly Ball supporting a number of programs and projects in different sectors.
The two parties also discussed coordination and cooperation in different fields.
The meeting touched upon support of the US agency to activities of Yemeni Woman's Plan for Security and Peace, in addition to programs of children labor and rehabilitating the soldier children and the national strategy for social protection, the aged plan and supporting producer families.
Al-Zaori praised efforts of the US agency in supporting the developmental process in Yemen, confirming continuous partnership of the ministry and providing facilitations to all international donors.
He stressed significance of coordination with the government of Yemen in different fields.
For her part, Ball confirmed continuous support of the agency to programs and projects in Yemen and coordination with the ministry in all fields, praising partnership, cooperation and coordination with the ministry.
