The Chargé d'Affaires of Yemen's embassy in the Hungarian capital, Budapest, Ambassador Ahmed Abdullah Naji, discussed today with the Head of the Middle East and North Africa Department at the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Peter Kovik, developments in the national arena and peace efforts, and aspects of strengthening bilateral relations between the two friendly countries.

During the meeting, Ambassador Naji, presented to the Hungarian official a reply from the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak, in response to the message of the Hungarian Foreign Minister, in which he expressed his thanks for Hungary's support for the unity, security and stability of Yemen.

Ambassador Naji also reviewed the latest developments in the situation in our country in light of the regional and international efforts to reach a solution to the current crisis caused by the Houthi coup, stressing the government's positive interaction with all those efforts, leading to an end to the war and the establishment of a sustainable and comprehensive peace in Yemen based on the relevant references.
