Decree by Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council about establishing Joint Operations Commission

A decree no (40) of 2023 issued today, Thursday, by the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council—Commander -in- Chief—about establishing the Joint Operations Commission.
First article states that a Joint Operations Commission shall be established with its headquarters in the temporary capital Aden under the supervision of the Minister of Defense.
Second article states that Minister of Defense defines the Commission's components, objectives and tasks, its Internal bylaw and a decree shall be issued by the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council—Commander-in-Chief—about that.
Third article states that a Chair and Deputy Chair of the Commission shall be appointed per a decree by the Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council—Commander-in-Chief— based on a suggestion by the Minister of Defense.
Fourth article states that the Commission shall be associated to the Ministry of Defense in terms of its tasks in a way shall not be in contrast with the Ministry' structure.
Five article states that Minister of Defense and General Chief of Staff shall take necessary measures to carry out the decree.
Sixth article states that in case that the Minister of Defense is absent the Chief of Staff shall replace him in supervising the Commission.
Seventh article states that the decree shall take its effects from the date of its issuance and shall be published in the gazette and military bulletins.
