The Ministry of Foreign and Expatriate Affaires has welcomed agreement of regaining diplomatic relations between Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Qatar.

The agreement has been announced during the second meeting of the Bahraini- Qatari Follow up Committee held in the premises of the General Secretariate of the Gulf Cooperation Council in Riyadh.

The ministry expressed significance of this positive step, which will contribute in activating the Arab Joint Work and realizing aspirations of countries and peoples of the region realizing security, stability and development and facing joint challenges.
