Iran-backed Terrorist Houthi militias are blamed for recruiting 246 children in ten governorates during the time from 1 August 2022 to 31 January 2023, according to human rights report.
The Yemeni Coalition for Monitoring Human Rights Violations (RASD) reported that Ibb governorate came first with 55 children followed by Amran governorate with 44.
The report noted that 142 children were killed, 82 have continued to be recruited, 13 returned to their own houses, 5 have been detained and 4 their fate is unknown.
