The Yemen Network for Rights and Freedoms (YNFR) has documented the destruction of 1,232 homes and facilities by the Houthi militia, in 17 governorates across Yemen between September 2014 and March 1, 2025.

Up to 1027 Houthis-laid landmines removed in 2nd week of March

King Salman Humanitarian and Relief Center's Demining Project in Yemen (MASAM) managed to remove 1027 of landmines, unexploded ordnances (UXO) and explosives devices in the send week of this month, March 2023, from different Yemeni regions.

These landmines were laid down randomly by Iran-allied Houthi militias everywhere in the Yemeni regions.

Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported that MASAM's deminers team pulled out 6 anti-personnel and 203 anti-tanks landmines, 871 UXO and one single explosives device.

It is important to note that MASAM managed to remove 391 thousand and 613 landmines since it has started its mission in 2018.

All these amounts of the landmines planted by Houthi militiamen all over Yemeni areas.
