Geneva – Saba
On the sidelines of the 52nd session of the Human Rights Council held in Geneva, Switzerland, the Yemeni art exhibition (News from Saba) was inaugurated, through which a number of Houthi militia violations of international humanitarian law and international human rights law were highlighted.

The exhibition, organized by the Fine Art Convoy and My Right Center for the Support of Rights and Freedoms, contained plastic paintings by 12 Yemeni plastic artists, which expressed the rights of Yemenis to education, health, clean water and other rights, and embodied the suffering of detainees and forcibly disappeared persons in the prisons of the Houthi militia, and the suffering of child soldiers and children exposed to violence, exploitation, and the difficulties of displacement and asylum.

The exhibition witnessed an Arab and European presence, who expressed their admiration for the development of the cultural movement in Yemen, including plastic art, which demonstrated the creative capabilities of Yemenis and the depth of the culture and civilization of Yemen.
